Poor return process

I purchased an english saddle, with the information they provide (not enough info, had to SEARCH another website to find width of saddle alone). When it arrived it did not fit my horse. I called to return it, per their process, and they emailed me the address to return it to, and said use any shipping company I wanted. I took it to UPS, it cost me almost $200.00 to ship a $350.00 saddle. Then, Stateline charges a 10% restocking fee on top of returned item! I called them to tell them what a scam it was, and they said they could "send me a $20.00 e-voucher" A week later and I still haven't gotten that e-voucher. What a joke! User's recommendation: Do not use to purchase a saddle!
