All encore pools ordered closed. AZ gov ordered all state public pools could open 5/13. Our manager complied with encores request for submitting plan yesterday morning has still not had response. I called over 3 1/2 hours ago &;;;;;;;;;; am on list to be called back. We've been in temps over 100 degrees. We are healthy, no thanks to you putting travelling RVs in the middle of us during "closure ". We would definitely keep safe distance but we want service we pay for.
