Poor responese/terrible customer service

Given incorrect information by Chat person on Soft Surroundings site, and thought my order was cancelled until I realized my credit card was charged. Three calls to customer service and still waiting for a refund — eight days still unresolved. When I finally got to speak to a supervisor, she had an attitude that was anything but helpful, cordial or professional. Still I wait.
