Poor remodel by Solid Stone Manufacturing

1

Roberto and the Zenit group completed a bathroom remodel for me approximately one year ago. There was a leak in the bathroom by the shower. It seems that they neglected to replace the drywall between the shower and bathroom door and now the paint is buckling and there is *** in that area. I would like someone to come out and perform a revision and do the job correctly. This is my first attempt to rectify the matter. Here's the response which I think is unacceptable and will be filing a small claims suit. See the pics below. This should not happen after 1 or 3 years! It's just tape! There's no drywall. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Bathroom. Our company stands for quality and service in all our work performed by us. We have in our records that your remodeling started on July, 28th 2014 and was successfully completed on November 3rd, 2014. The final payment was made on November 16th, 2014 . The warranty we agreed and signed on was 1 year after job was completed which expired on November 16th, 2015. So around a year and four months have passed after warranty expired before you noticed a problem on a spot . This is not bad news, this means the repair we made have been exposed constantly with water and took around 2 years and 4 months to get noticeable . Please try to find out what cause that paint to buckle creating *** and fix it asap before gets more complex to do it.
