Poor qualiy of products and services
When you purchase a car you have the expectations of being able to drive the car. Within the 1st 6 weeks of owning the vehicle it has the check engine light ( supposedly fixed once) on 2x, the seat mechanism needed replaced, battery died, and now the axel seal had a tear and a leak, promised 2 key fabs and after 3 appointments no one is still able to provide these. They continue to deny, and make excuses but it wasn't fixed and now they won't acknowledge these items. What a complete financial and inconvenient situation they have brought.
