POOR QUALITY,WRONG COLOUR,POOR PRESENTATION! Pink rosesinstead of Red in a large box which was meant to be a dozen red long stemmed roses. The paper was green with white poker dots and smelt very musty so much so i had to remove them from my office it was eeek. I had used bloomex earlier in the year with same outcome when i sent long stemmed roses and what was delivered was tossed into a box, not long stemmed, not fresh, poorly presented. Here it is same but with smelly cloth wrapped around them and again tossed in a box. You would see much better anywhere. Shady operators who do nothing to resolve your complaints even when wrong colour, length, type they will do nothing to resolve. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
