Poor quality, slow customer service

Poor quality wood blinds; if you have an opportunity, buy somewhere else. The quality of Steves Blinds is well below the competitors and I actually ordered the mid grade (not the lowest grade!). Customer service takes several days to respond and the blinds were cut too long - not something I am used to when ordering customer blinds. Customer services just tells me that they will check with the factory on my issues and then gets back to me 2 weeks later.
