Poor quality refrigerator and appealing service

The door bracket of our Fridge needed replacement when the fridge was only 3 years old! We order the bracket on June 1 and as of July 21, have not received the part yet. How can it take so long to ship a bracket???? User's recommendation: Do not buy a KitchenAid product.
