First of all the service dept is top notch and professional , no complaints! Here is the issue The quality of Lexus IS no better than any other make of vehicle My es 350 **** has a dashboard that is melting ! Very sticky and causes a glare for the driver that is very hazardous and blinding The Pursuit of perfection is Lexus motto Bull shit ! Corporate basically said too bad so sad ! Lesson learned and all I can do is use all the social media I can to spread the word about the poor quality of Lexus vehicles and hope I can deter at least a few people from making the same mistake by overpaying for the name and perception of quality of their product I
