Good morning, I bought a pair of Puma soccer boots on the 1st May 2018. I played 4 games and the boot is ripping open on the sides and front R-side boot. I went back to the shop i purchased it from and they said they cannot give me a replacement pair or refund my money. I do not believe this is fair. I would really like a replacement pair of size 11 soccer boots. This has never happened and if i had issues previously they would assist me, this is really a first.
