I don't even think I ordered the dress that came with the shoes. You have to email them for return label within 15 days. They take two days to email you back to say you have to return items to China. They offer you 15% cash instead or make you email them again within 7 days for a return label. User's recommendation: Don't order anything you may need to return. T-shirts may be okay but otherwise quality is poor.
