Poor quality of customer services
I am not able to create the password at all. I earned points by using Sears credit card. I just want to redeem my points to purchase an item, but Noooo. ShopYourWay/Sears kept rejecting me to create password. Not even once I was able to establish my password. No password, no account, no points. I called numerous time for help, but no one was able to solve the problem. (By the way, all assistants do not seem to live in the US) When I call, assistants keeps transferring ShopYourWay and Sears back and forth, saying that it is other department (to each other). I have feeling I will never be able to redeem my points. I will never use Sears/ShopYourWay credit card again. Their online support is very poor quality.
