I weighed 195 lbs when I purchased the Simply fit board 2 years ago. The exercises that came with it were quite helpful, especially the 21 day workout. It really helped me slim down on my waistline, HOWEVER; after using the board for a continuous 21 days it started to develop a crack in it. During sporadic use the crack turned into a complete split down the middle and thus the board became useless. Granted, the company did send me another board and again after my 21 day continuous work out on it, this time I was only 185 lbs, it again developed a crack and eventually split down the middle. I again complained to the company about the poor quality of the make of the board and granted they did send me another board. With my 3 board in and my again 21 continuous days of workout at only 180 lbs, it again developed a crack and split down the middle. So I urge people not to wasted their money on this poorly made board.
