I had 3 rooms cleaned on 5/19. One guy came and did the job. He did not move any furniture and when I went around to just look at the rooms. I know because I found the white squares that they put under furniture feet, laying all over my house unused. He had not done one whole area of a bedroom. He did come back and clean it. I just wonder what else he did not clean, that I did not notice. I had to call and have SS come back this past Friday and redo a spot and a traffic area because it looked like it had not even been cleaned. It sure does now. I also did not get a call from SS letting me know he was on his way which was odd. Only once in all the many years I have used your company, have I complained. Usually the service is awesome.
