Poor quality images -refund/return

I received 2 canvases today 12/16/20. They are absolutely awful. There is a scratch in one of the canvases but the image quality is worse than Ive seen with your company. Ive had pics done 3-4 yrs ago and you guys did amazing. Not sure what happened now. I paid almost $400 for the session and portraits and regret spending my money. The photographer was ok but why do you produce such low quality, cheaply made canvases and images? I try calling and it always says youre too busy and to try again. Cant talk to a rep online. None are avail. How am I supposed to reach out and get this resolved if theres no way to communicate. User's recommendation: Terrible quality images cheap canvases.
