I purchased a garment online and decided to have it stitched as i was stuck for time for my function. The stitching was shocking with seams not being cut and neatened and fabric overlapping The colour advertised said light blue and a GREEN garment arrives The neckline is off shape and stitched skew and it looks hideous. I sent in a host of pictures and Images but it falls on deaf ears. I receive generic responses asking to send images to different departments. No one takes responsibility. I need to escalate and get a reply ASAP Please help
