Poor Quality Furniture and Poor ways to pay

WE keep missing each other. Trying to get with them about payment plans. I am trying again to sign up online but it does not recognize my social. This company just has so many issues when trying to pay. I've gone to the store to pay several times and the system was down. I've called many times and the system has hung up on me. My son's bed is broken and my tables in my living room are coming apart. I've had furniture from other places still intact and are in good shape that I have had for 30-40 years. I've had Royal Furniture for less than two years before we began to see it deteriorate .
