Couch had seam separation after 6 months. RTG provided cushions and covers during the manufacturers warranty. Couch seams continue splitting but extended warranty denied our claim due to normal wear and tear. What furniture lasts for 6 months? Clearly there is a defect in production that is common among this brand. You should be ashamed RTG! Youve lost our business in the future. Shame on you!
