Ordered a gerbera princess bouquet plus 50% extra for delivery on 30/03/19 for Mothers Day. I had an email on 25/03/19 advising bouquet had been despatched. I was a bit concerned as that was 5 days before I wanted them delivered. I spoke to my mother-in-law on Mothers Day and she reluctantly told me the flowers arrived on Thursday, looking a bit worse for wear. Well they had been in transit for over 3 days!! She went on to tell me the petals started dropping on Saturday 30/03/19 and by Sunday 31/03/19, Mothers Day, were all but dead. I was mortified - these flowers were for my late husband's mother!! Have sent several emails and tried ringing a telephone number I found on the internet but have had no response. I will never use this company again and I will advise family and friends not to use them either. On another point - their delivery information states Royal Mail provide no tracking information. Why then do they charge 75p for tracking??? Misleading or fraudulent???
