Poor quality control, poor customer service, poor product, and ZERO response after four calls to both Allen & Roth and Lowe’s.

After waiting for 12 weeks, cabinets finally arrived on Dec 16th. During installation, we found one end cabinet crushed at the top. In addition, some cabinet doors were warped and ALL the joints showed. Contractor took several pictures and sent them to Lowes and followed up with a phone call. ZERO response. We repaired the crushed cabinet and have installed what we can only to discover that drawer slides were missing and shelf pins missing. Customer service was called again and promised to let us know when we will receive new cabinet and missing parts. It has been almost two weeks, since the phone call and.....ZERO response. Meanwhile, weve been without a kitchen since September. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
