I purchased this electric reclining chair expecting a good chair. I will say the mechanics are well-built but there is absolutely NOT enough cushioning in the seat or the back. You set on the frame work. I spent over 1,000 dollars for the worst piece of furniture My sister also purchased a non-elelectric chair and that is the same way User's recommendation: Do not ever purchase a flex steel chair.
