Poor Quality and Customer Support
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! Ordered the Arras Gate wall art. First shipment I received the wrong item. Second try I received the same wrong item. Third attempt I received the correct item but it was damaged. The box was fine. The fourth and final replacement item was received damaged as well. All Frontgate wanted to do was send me another as if nothing had happened. Not only did it cost them a fortune with eight shipping and returns charges, they also lost a customer as well. Do not deal with Frontgate or Grandinroad (sister company). Poor quality products and customer service!
