Poor Qaulity Replacement Stone

JIBNA was my insurance carrier when, after an inspection of my engagement ring , it was discovered that one of my side trapezoid diamonds was chipped. My diamond replacement process was excruciatingly slow . I felt that the " ball was being dropped" at every turn. It turned into a 3 month ordeal that left me anxious about my ring being returned in good condition. After an inspection by my trusted local Jeweler , I was informed about ( AND shown ) the blatant inferior quality of the replacement stone. After a seemingly endless circle of denial , I decided to cut my losses and chalk the whole thing up to a horrible experience . I wrote a scathing letter of complaint to the owner , as well as verbally describe my utter dissatisfaction to the lab that was contracted to provide the replacement. NOBODY CARED ! BEWARE !
