Poor Property Mgmt

Rented property in July 2014 when Property was with local ColdwellBanker. Was told, make a list of things in need of repair. One of which was repairing ceiling from what appeared to be a prior roof leak in living room and bathroom, both rooms contiguous to a chimney....
