Poor product performance and no respose to “no quible garantee”

Box 388 Marysville, OH 43040 Greetings, I have emailed Scotts twice in concerns of an issue with the 4 in 1 water smart plus grass seed for sun and shade. Both emails have to date been unheeded, hence this letter. I have also tried calling and online chat, both impossible to connect. As I explained in the emails on May 14th I purchase two twenty pound bags of the previously mentioned grass seed, (receipt enclosed), the seed has disapprovingly failed. I planted/spread in accordance to package instructions utilizing a Scott rotary spreader. I have TruGreen maintain my lawn so I am sure my soil is not the issue. Since I have always preferred Scotts products I chose to seed and/or over seed myself after a hard winter season. I also have a sprinkler system so watering is not the problem. Weather has been warm, actually plenty warm so I rule that out as well. I waited for over three weeks for the seed to germinate yet to date only a scarce trace of anything and that is sparingly and scattered. I have used Scott products for decades and spent plenty in doing so without issue until now. You proudly display the Scott seal of a no quibble guarantee yet I find it impossible to utilize that guarantee. Please provide me the refund or credit I assume the no quibble guarantee entitles me. Sincerely disgruntled lifelong customer, enclosure UPDATE 06.11.2020: It seems to me that the "no quible garantee" is a no response is garanteed. User's recommendation: Do not truct Scotts to make good on any garantee. You are much better with store brand products!
