Poor product and poor customer service

Purchased a swan security system with DVR and cameras. Worked for about six months and DVR went out. Contacted swan for assistance with either replacement or repair. I was told that I could send an email to the company but there was very little they could do. They told me they were very aware that the unit I had had issues but that I would need to replace the DVR at my expense. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could send an email but he could not connect me to a manager. Very poor customer service very poor product! DO NOT BUY SWANN SECURITY PRODUCTS!!! Terrible company!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY SWANN SECURITY SYSTEMS.
