Poor product and NO curstomer service

I placed an order in March for trees. They NEVER showed. I called, email and just received emails back that they are coming. I did receive 6 broken dead sticks. (NOT what I ordered) in late June. NEVER ORDER from them!!! I am disputing my credit card purchase with the bank,
