Poor produce delivery

We have been using Giant's delivery service for 10 months now. In general it has served our purpose of getting foods and products delivered contactless but I have a problem with their produce. Blueberries from Chile are soft and mushy. Much fresher from Peru!, Avocados, 50% of the time are rotten! I buy individual apples which come small and with little color and soft spots, same with sweet potatoes, potatoes, pears, etc. If they come from the warehouse, they should be the freshest available. Do you need to educate the shoppers to pick the best fruit like we would if we were shopping in person? I can't wait for the vaccine so I can shop in person again! I also miss the Rotisserie chickens!
