For two weeks two boxes belonging to someone on another street has been at my home. I have repeatedly called UPS to pick them up only to be lied to. One agent had the audacity to request that I go outside at almost midnight dressed in my pajamas to retrieve a tracking number. She was located as most of their service agents are in the Philippines.
