Poor packaging, broken chocolate, very unprofessional.

Received these as a gift which is an embarrassment for Shari Berries. The local florist, which was 45 mins away, sent the strawberries in a small flower box. The strawberries were not in a secure position so therefore, I basically received a box of strawberries Upside down with broken chocolate and the empty paper cups were on top. Totally unprofessional. Also, the delivery service doesnt know the days of the week. Delivery was scheduled for Monday, Sept 28th. Received them on Sunday Sept 27th found on front door step when I was out of town and it was hot and humid outside. So pathetic! Then also received them on Monday. The picture below is after I rearranged them so I could send my daughter a presentable picture
