JoI tried to change my bank details ahead of reopening but the facility had been removed from the member area of the website. I then tried to do so at my gym after reopening but was unable to do so as it wanted to charge £5 admin (why when I was doing the admin myself through the online service?) and required my bank card (who takes this to the gym for a work out?) My membership was then cancelled after a failed direct debit collection from my closed down account. (Why no email to offer an alternative?) User's recommendation: Join a different gym.
