endocrinology nurse for dr williams failed to follow thru on needed prescription data numerous calls went unanswered very cavalier attitude and unprofessional had to follow the nurse from campus to campus frustrated they increased the dose and frequency of insulin without calling the pharmacy to increase the needed supplies had to go to a local area doctor to get what i needed cuz trying to contact these people is impossible its a huge monstrous beauracracy so great cleveland clinic is all hype dont go there if u can avoid it {{Redacted}}
