Poor of Service, Slow to Respond for service

I called Brinks month before last and advised them that my alarm was out and had been out for sometime, I was scheduled for repair some three weeks in advance, the tech showed up as scheduled and made the repairs. The system worked for about a month then quit, I called again and advised them of the outage, and now they want me to wait from another 3 weeks for repair. Brinks is the most incompetent business I have ever had to try to work with, I WOULD NOT recommend this service to anyone. I mean after all this is a alarm service.....I think User's recommendation: No, Absolutely Not.
