Poor Management (THEY DON’T KNOW THE RIGHT TIME OF DAY)

I was a Cincinnati bell customer for 60 years,and they raised my rates.Now! I know it's only $6.00 but I am on a fixed income,but the people there have no understanding of this issue.They need to hire some good AMERICANS,instead of these PEOPLE,THAT CANNOT UNDERSTAND,AND COMPREHEND THE KING'S ENGLISH,to service the accounts BOTTOM LINE IS I SWITCHED TO TIME WARNER: where I have a guaranteed contract for two years,with more services then I had with Cincinnati Bell.You know,it is sorry that a company as big as Cincinnati Bell would lose a customer over $6.00. You people need to take a long hard at your practices,review them,and make the right decisions.
