Poor Management, Intentional Lies, Violation of Contract Create Ddamage

I have reordered the containers to my own address, that was refused by CubeSmart. And my solution: is that I am in the procedure to close the account and move out from this location. THANKS. Original review posted by user Nov 20, 2018 Yes, I have a very bad experience as a customer, at sore 840 in New York, 2964 Shell Road, Brooklyn, NY 11224. And I am wondering where and/or how to make a voice:1. I have signed a paper, that they will take package sent to me, to my cube at their address.2. I have personally told the General Manager that in the next few days a package will arrive to me, to my cube number from Amazon, which is a plastic container (from the Sterilite brand). The General Manager did not say anything to me.3. Then I emailed to them that the package was shipped and will arrive on the next day, Sunday. I also gave them the tracking number. Everyone can track and see the package whereabouts and its label. The store did not answer. The Tracking No.: 936128****0904********.4. On Sunday afternoon at 3.19pm, it was delivered, and the General Manager refused to take it. It was mentioned on the tracking list: "refused, don't want it". And because the package was refused, it had to be shipped back to the sender.5. My phone number was on the shipment label too, and nobody called me either.6. This store always calls me every month to pay the monthly fees. And I always paid in time.7. Recently this store also sends me emails with false information: example urges me to pay latest on the 9th day of the month when my contract clearly says the due date is the 10th day. They send this email 4 days before its due date (6th) and then they repeat it on the 13th day. And they threaten me that I may lose the insurance if I don't pay when I am still in time to pay and the insurance paper clearly states that is valid until the account is valid and my property is inside. I complained about the emails with incorrect information. They said nothing.8. When I asked them in person why did they refuse to take the package, they said first (1) the name was not on the package, then they said (2) nothing was on the package, only CubeSmart, then (3) they said the cube number was not on the label. BUT I can prove and print out the label that my cube number was on the label, in addition to informing them by email the day its arrival, and personally telling to the General manager about it a few days back. At the end they said, it was a HUMAN ERROR. I only wanted to know from their mouth what they know, without influencing their view with statements from me. I only wanted to ask questions. Attached is the raw video.9. And Post Offices do not keep packages if those are clearly refused. They only hold packages where the delivery was unsuccessful, example nobody is at home, therefore it (could) have not been refused.10. Well, everything they do incorrectly is classified by them as a human error, which is a very poor performance. How can CubeSmart hire so poorly educated people with questionable morals and ethics?11. In case my damage is worth countable, I am happy to put CubeSmart on Court for violating the contract. That means they would have to hire an attorney because they are not educated enough to manage their own court cases and to right many-many legal papers, and to appear in court hearings 10-15 times or so. Because it is a long long process, perhaps a year or two. But they would learn in that 1-2 years of court procedure, to tell the TRUTH, BE HONEST, GET MORE EDUCATION, and not being NASTY to customers. These are clearly nasty behaviors of theirs. We shall see.
