On 3/23/2017 my wife and I went to your store in the Smithhaven mall in your lake grove NY store and purchased 4 items one of the items was never put in the bag and my wife had to travel an extra 12 miles back to the store the next day to get the item Then just prior to leaving for a vacation she noticed that the security device was not removed I then had to travel another 12 miles very quickly to have the device removed This was something that should have never occurred and we should have received more then a smurk and an apology
