Poor hotel conditions

We are here for a baseball tournament and its my sons birthday. We were suppose to have a little pool party with his team, but found out the pool was closed. Their annual inspection is not till Tuesday. There was no mention of this when we booked. The hotel is dirty at best. We stayed Friday night, but will not be staying Saturday. I would like a refund for Saturday.
