I live in a 2300 square foot house....my bill is $100.00 less than my mortgage payment. My bill reflects more than 8 adjustment costs....totaling over $200.00. If you look at your bill, we are also being charged just to be a customer. Less usage this month than this time last year, yet $200.00 more this year. What a rip off. As a community we need to do something. I don't qualify for LEAP, but I can pay into the fund. What kind of joke is this?
