Poor food preparation

Ate at Meramac Bottom Road in Missouri The waiter was great. Ordered breakfast steak requested it be cooked it came to the table still mooing. Blood pouring out of it. The waiter ask several times to take it back but it was just so raw it was sickening. The manager refused to take it off the bill Wont be dining there anymore. User's recommendation: Learn to cook a steak.
