Richardson Homes tells you one thing and will NOT keep they're word. They are not organized. Will not get the job done in a satisfactory amount of time. I have spoken with couple of different people and none of them where happy with the job Richardson Homes done for them. I paid them a $1000 to make a copy of my drawing on their program. They claimed their people had to do the drawings to be able to give me an accurate quote. I new better,mistake on my part. I decided not to use Richardson Homes to build my home. The proper thing to do would be finish the drawings or re-fund the $1000. Richardson Homes opinion was to keep the $1000 and not to complete the drawings. I should have listen to everyone else opinion and STAY AWAY FROM RICHARDSON HOMES!
