Poor Design and Customer Service

Living in Peachtree City, a golf cart community. John Wieland markets a Golf Cart Bay as an add-on option for $4500. However, once moved in, we found that the bay is too short. We bought a standard golf cart which is the same size as 95% of the carts driven in Peachtree City, but we can't close the garage door when it is in the bay. John Wieland's own people who came to see it agreed it doesn't fit, and that they would be upset too. However, they say because it was built to plan (blue prints) there is nothing they can do. The actual garage door doesn't even open all the way because the bay is so short, they can't install a track long enough to raise the door completely. They acknowledge my frustration but will not do anything to fix it, or refund the $4,500 I paid so I could put the Golf cart in the garage. I won't waste time talking about the dozen's of issues during the build and after we moved in... many others have already posted similar experiences.
