Today, Dec 20. My delivery for an item I ordered is already beyond delivery time frame. I am chatting with a representative named Diana Franz - S and since she's not able to help me, I asked for a supervisor like 7x, but she did nit transfer me, worse than that - she disconnected the chat. She is not helpful and she is sarcastic even in chat.
