Just found out about 2 weeks ago that contract I purchased thru rvone is invalid according to company listed on contract. They said "no claims would be accepted as the contract is ineligible". What gives? My initial POC Daron Walker @ rvone, is not responding to email or voice mail. I paid over $5,000.00 for this item & cannot use it. HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME AS I NEED A RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
