Poor customer support and warranty service

I have been working with customer support and warranty service since Jan 2020 ref a sync problem. Told me several times a service tech would be out then said could not come out because Fla under lockdown. Then locked down lifted but did not have part. Installed part did not correct problem ask for credit card number so they could send out replacement TV after calling back three more times was advised for so reason they did not get info over ther secure link please retry and then they could send out. This is first time ever had problem with a Vizio TV and I have 5. But will never purchase another one after this experience
