Poor customer services from Cellhut.com

I placed an order on May 29 and untill today,June 7, my item is still "In progress" when I check by their Order status tool. Belive it or not? After 11 days, my order is not shipped yet. However, they already charged my credit card. I had phoned thier Customer service phone # but there was nobody answering the phone. I phoned in the morning and in the evening, then the next day. Still no one picked up the phone. So I emailed them, no reply seen so far. I never shop thier store ever again. I regret that I had placed my order at Cellhut.com I MADE A *** MISTAKE TO SHOP at CELLHUT.COM
