Poor customer service / zero assistance
I have made purchases in the past with no issues. I purchased a pair of boots and the delivery date has come and gone, with no email sent explaining delay. I called once and was told an email will be sent to the appropriate party, and someone will get back to you. Nothing happened. I then chatted with 2 reps who gave me completely different stories. One promised a supervisor would call me back, it ever happened. The other told me an email was sent to a warehouse couldnt tell me which warehouse- apparently there are several. I was then told there was nothing further anyone could do and I would have to wait and see what happens. I asked to cancel the order and I was told I could not. My credit card has already been billed. I want to communicate with the CEO. This is ridiculous. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company, they can deal with QVC and the big headache it has caused
