Poor Customer Service, Unrealistic shipping Charges

I am a school volunteer for a halloween carnival. Thinking a form of darts would be a good attraction, I found special balloons at their site. I made my order buying 4 packages of balloons. When my order was stuck in pending, I called them. Customer Service wanted $30 more for shipping (already spent over $20) on 4 packages of BALLOONS! As a small business they say it takes over 4 days to put 4 bags of balloons in a box and slap a shipping label on. Bad Company. BBB currently has them at A-. Boy are they wrong. I'm done!
