Poor customer service to resolve shipping issues

I contracted this company to pick up freight in another state from a vendor. When shipment was received it was not what I ordered. The company I purchased from says the shipment was correctly put on the shipping truck, and that YRC made a mistake at drop off. When we called to ask if we could talk to the driver to see if he could look on his truck to see if our purchase was mistakenly mixed up the office said it was against policy! Now both companies are saying it's the others fault and I am out a bunch of money! I feel like I just got scammed by both parties! I will be cancelling my credit card and will never use YRC again and I will make sure all my business contacts know the story as well!
