Poor customer service; ticket delivery

ordered tickets on 3/1 for a show tonight, 4/13. I asked them to send tickets since there was plenty of time to mail them. I was told that the tickets would be delivered in time for the show and that they would overnight them, if needed. I called a second time and got the same response recently. They did not arrive in the mail. I started calling this morning and only got an answering machine at best--left 3 messages for an Ashley Alli, owner of Big Bob's Tickets, over a 3 hr period. At other numbers for Big Bob's and got no answer. So, here it is 4:15 with no tickets in hand for an 8:00 curtain; I need to eat something; it's over an hour drive to the theater; need to park then ambulate with cane because of mobility problems; and get to our seats. They charge exorbitant amts for each ticket and do not deliver the goods. Unfortunately, I have already purchased tickets for mid-May, and, of course, no refund policy. I bought tickets from them because they had tickets for a hot item in the area I wanted to sit. I'm out $140 for tonight, and hope I haven't labeled a fool and be out another $130 in May.
