This is in reference to ATM Tee, 814 Mission Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103. The products are t-shirts, generally recognizing veterans. The quality for a t-shirt is good. With this aid, you would think this would be a positive review. However, this is untrue. Their shipping and what they call customer service is horrendous. Nowhere on their slick website advertising do they mention that they are going to take 10-15 business days before acting on the order. Their shipping tracking page hides the fact that the order still does not leave the distribution site for days/weeks. In our case, our order took 30 days to get from order until we received it. If I had known this, we would not have placed the order. When I repeatedly raised the question up to the company, the same person responded. All you get from her are general platitudes that it was not ATMs fault and the customer should be sympathetic to the plight of the shipping company during these times. Part of the problem with this was, we determined she started using this excuse even before the shipping company was provided the order to ship. I advised her what her tracking site said was the package status and suggested she should determine the exact status and contact her distribution center and shipping company to address this shipment. Then, and only then, did she look up the status and REPEAT BACK TO ME WHAT I HAD SAID TO HER. Her repeated statement that I should have sympathy for ATM and the shipper, DHL, is ridiculous. She obviously does not understand the difference between sympathy and empathy. The bottom line was that the customer service of this company has only 1 purpose: To obfuscate to avoid accountability for the poor management of their responsibility to get the order to their customers. User's recommendation: Without a GUARANTEED delivery date, do not buy from ATM Tee.
